Generational Differences

Due to the rapid changes in the modern and post-modern period, sociologists endeavoured to diagnose differences in the generational divide among us since the 1960s. Such a complex undertaking at best yields generalizations among groups of people determined by their age segregation. However, some industries and human resource agencies have been using these intergenerational researches as tools in their attempt to understand these differences.
