In a two-part series by the BBC called How To Stay Young, presenters Angela Rippon and Dr Chris van Tulleken travelled the world in search of the latest science that could help us all stay young & healthy for longer. In the first episode, The Body, Angela and Chris discover that scientists now know how much of the way we age is down to genetics – and how much of it is down to the way we live our lives.
