New London To Tokyo Trans-Siberian Rail Link

New London To Tokyo Trans-Siberian Rail Link.

The original railway line links Moscow to the eastern Russian city of Vladivostok, and it is celebrating the centenary of its completion this month. However, a new extension is being planned, picking you up from London and travelling through Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, and Kabarovsk, before it passes through two sea passages, and getting you off in Hokkaido, Japan. This Japanese-Russian enterprise is still on the drawing board, but if all goes well, perhaps with Japanese technology and a discriminating cultural and environmental orientation, travel over the 6,000+ miles could be quite an unforgettable journey of a lifetime.
