Grace Amidst Scandal

Grace Amidst Scandal

Grace always has about it the scent of scandal. That is true of the individual as well as corporately. Jesus did not die for a perfect church; He died to make her perfect. At times, Jesus allows His bride’s imperfections to be revealed publicly in a way that is best described as scandal. In all of it, God shows once again that He is more gracious to His people than we could ask or think. Mourn the destruction; rejoice in the restoration.
